Golf "Fore" a Good Cause

MENTOR New York's Topgolf Challenge is a unique opportunity for corporate mentoring supporters to treat mentors and mentees to some Topgolf fun—and your team can join in the action, too! Engage your employees in friendly competition while raising funds to help support young people. Contact Sam Cowles for more information or to get involved.

Why Mentoring?

Mentoring is good for your business and your community. It helps young people to tap into their potential enabling them to achieve more than they believed they could, motivating them to take strides in their education, and preparing them to walk through your doors one day as a motivated and qualified employee.

An investment in mentoring can also enhance your company and corporate culture by strengthening employee relationships and satisfaction, and value of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Support Mentoring

Individuals and companies that sponsor MENTOR New York's Topgolf Challenge are:

  • Making an investment that reaches young people on Long Island and across the state

  • Tapping into a unique and valuable employee engagement opportunity

  • Connecting with the philanthropic corporate community in a friendly competition that benefits businesses and builds networks

Your company can also donate a bay to a local mentoring program!

What is Topgolf?

In short, it's a sports entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding food and beverage menu, climate-controlled hitting bays, and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door. The fun part is deciding which of the more than a dozen games to play first!

Who has the best aim? Who has the hardest drive? Each ball features a tracker that instantly reports results. The scoreboard doesn't lie—so get ready for some friendly competition!
