Eligibility

Eligible companies have demonstrated that they are at least one of the following:

  • Involved in a corporate mentoring initiative

  • Interested in developing a mentoring program

  • Dedicated to supporting mentoring in their corporate goodwill portfolio in the future

Benefits

By joining the Honor Roll, companies receive the following benefits:

  • Recognition in all event materials, on MENTOR NY's website, and annual report

  • Opportunities to spotlight your work as a leader in corporate mentoring at events and network-wide communications

  • VIP invitations to select annual engagement opportunities

Supporting Interns Through Workplace Mentoring

Amelia Chicas is a student at Stony Brook University and an emerging financial sector professional. Amelia shares how having a mentor in the workplace made all the difference to her internship experience. Learn how you can partner with MENTOR New York to train supervisors at your company with mentoring mindsets — and enhance the experience of young people like Amelia.

Spotlighting Corporate Excellence

PSEG Long Island was a proud sponsor of MENTOR New York's 2022 Mentoring Matters Conference. Vice President-Legal and MENTOR New York Board Secretary Andrea Elder-Howell kicked off the conference by sharing why PSEG continues to invest in mentoring.

Bethpage Federal Credit Union helped us tee off "fore" a good cause by sponsoring the MENTOR New York Topgolf Challenge. The event offered an opportunity for mentoring supporters in the corporate community to take their teams to the driving range for some good-hearted competition. Funds raised bolstered our ability to provide services to over 1000 mentoring and youth development organizations in 2022.
