NATIONAL MENTORING RESOURCE CENTER (NMRC)
ABOUT THE NMRC
The NMRC provides no-cost technical assistance to mentoring programs that is customized to meet their individual needs and to improve their implementation of specific mentoring practices. Requests are submitted by mentoring program requestors through OJJDP’s centralized technical assistance site, TTA360, before being assigned to a Technical Assistance Providing Organization/MENTOR Affiliate based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, regional proximity and the requestor’s needs.
To apply for technical assistance, visit the NMRC site, go to “How We Can Help” and select “No-Cost Assistance.” To stay connected and up-to-date with the mentoring field, explore the NMRC blog (where mentoring practitioners share insights and innovations with peers in the field) and subscribe to the NMRC newsletter (which highlights mentoring best practices, innovations, and research).

“Once I reached out to Joie Golomb, MENTOR New York's Director of Programs & Partnership Development, she gave us so much attention, whether it was through email or phone calls. Even before I knew whether or not we would be able to do this program, or have a training with MENTOR New York, I wasn’t sure about anything, but she was always available.”
Cindy Perez, Social Worker at Dodd Middle School.
