About the Event

Join us on June 4th as MENTOR New York presents Western New York's Symposium on Inclusive Mentoring Practices! The event will bring together youth development and mentoring practitioners from across WNY for a morning of professional development and inspiration. With a lineup of experienced speakers, you can expect engaging sessions on creating affirming spaces for young people and authentically amplifying their voices. Topics include supporting teen mental health through mentorship, building safe and inclusive spaces for boys of color, forming mentoring networks within schools, and more issues relating to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) in youth programs.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and contribute to the growth of inclusive mentoring practices in our region. See you on June 4th!
