Sponsorship Opportunities
Imagine empowering half a million young minds, unlocking their potential, and nurturing their ambitions. That's the impact of supporting MENTOR New York.
Sponsors of the Awards don't just invest in tomorrow's trailblazers; they enjoy a variety of perks including event tickets, brand recognition, a feature in our ad journal and press releases, and a place on MENTOR New York's Corporate Honor Roll.
Celebrating Mentorship
Each year, MENTOR New York warmly invites mentors, mentees, community leaders, and mentoring advocates to an unforgettable evening at the MENTOR of the Year Awards. Join us as we spotlight the power of mentoring relationships and the initiatives that help them thrive.
Recognizing Mentors
At the Awards, we honor five deserving mentors from across New York State. In 2023, we were thrilled to shoutout Dr. Arlene Guerrero and Ruby from Baldwin High School; Michael Brisbane and young people at Bronx River Community Center; Gabriella Ferreira and Estefany from Bigs & Littles NYC; Drin Kukaj and Zaire of Student Sponsors Partners; and Reginald Murray and Josh from Sports Oriented Nurturing Partnership.
Remembering Luke Boisi
During the Awards, we honor the vibrant life of Luke Boisi, who tragically passed away at 21. Luke was the son of Geoff Boisi, founder of MENTOR: The National Mentoring Partnership, and the brother of Zach Boisi, former Director of MENTOR New York.
Luke was personally impacted by mentorship and spent his last years serving others with AmeriCorps. To honor his life and legacy, we proudly present the Luke Boisi MENTOR of the Year Award to a mentor who, like Luke, embodies the spirit of carrying the torch forward.
Support the Movement
Help us break down barriers to mentorship! MENTOR New York offers no-cost services to youth programs, mentors, and the young minds they guide, ensuring budget doesn't limit benefits.
The MENTOR of the Year Awards raises essential funds for this cause—and you can amplify its impact by joining the Host Committee. Help us spread the word about mentoring, celebrate amazing volunteers, and make a difference in the lives of young New Yorkers.
