Why Mentoring?

Mentoring is good for your business and your community. It helps young people to tap into their potential enabling them to achieve more than they believed they could, motivating them to take strides in their education, and preparing them to walk through your doors one day as a motivated and qualified employee.

An investment in mentoring can also enhance your company and corporate culture by strengthening employee relationships and satisfaction, and value of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Support Mentoring

Individuals and companies that sponsor MENTOR New York's Topgolf Challenge are:

  • Making an investment that reaches young people on Long Island and across the state

  • Tapping into a unique and valuable employee engagement opportunity

In short, it's a sports entertainment complex that features an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding food and beverage menu, climate-controlled hitting bays, and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door. The fun part is deciding which of the more than a dozen games to play first!
